What am amazing article, and how true!! I often wish I can be more genuine and “real” and not feel that I need to hide my mental health challenges. The irony in this is that while we’re all mindful and aware of how much suffering there is, we (still) all feel the need to keep a “perfect front” lest the other person find out what’s really “going on.” Essentially, we’re all kind of living a “double life.”
