Creative Expression Contest

The contest is meant to enhance the mental illness conversation in our community, reduce the stigma, and generate ideas to increase our communal support and understanding. Express your views, feelings, understandings, or anything you would like about mental illness. The submission can be of any media; song, painting, writing, photograph, etc. We encourage submissions from ages ten and older from around the globe. There will be a winner selected from two different age groups.

We are proud to announce a bonus prize for one lucky winner - an exclusive Refuat Hanefesh event in your local community or school! A representative from Refuat Hanefesh will come to your community to discuss topics regarding mental health and illness. This is a great opportunity to educate your community about ways to improve mental health and discuss the concerns about mental illness.
